Anxiety attacks usually begin with a feeling of generalized fear. This fear is not caused in any way and may or may not be linked to a specific event or condition in their environment. Soon the fear overcomes the mind and the body begins to react.

The body naturally reacts by releasing more and more adrenaline in the bloodstream. In certain situations, when facing an immediate threat, the adrenaline is useful and necessary for survival. But in the case of an anxiety attack, the fear is unfounded or exaggerated. Common symptoms include heart palpitations, increased heart rate, to the point where you can feel your heart beating in his chest. The following is a feeling of dizziness. The world around you appears as an illusion, changing rapidly to the point where not even know where he is or what is happening. You may even feel that he is about to die or go crazy. This feeling of fear and danger is common to most of the anxiety attacks.

There are two types of anxiety attacks, acute attacks and mild attacks. If you experience the above symptoms and are able to control, then this would classified as a mild stroke. However, if you were completely debilitated and completely unaware of their surroundings, then this would be classified as an acute anxiety attack.

To break the cycle of anxiety attack, you should immediately treat symptoms, though it may seem difficult to control. In the beginning of his first symptom, follow these steps to alleviate the situation:

First Step: Stabilize the body through breathing. You can use an ancient breathing exercise that has been used for thousands of years to stabilize the mind and body. The exercise is called "nostril breathing alternate. To make breathing of alternate nostril, you use the right thumb to close the right nostril and breathe in while counting to six. Breathe in the abdomen and then fill the chest finally. Keep bated breath for a count of three. Then push the air out of the left nostril. When all the CO2 is expelled, count to three. Now, near the grave left nasal with middle and index fingers and breathing through the right nostril while counting to six. Hold for a count of three, then eject the air through the right nostril. Count to three out of breath in the lungs. Congratulations you completed a round! Repeat for a total of six rounds.

Doctors are not entirely sure what that leads to anxiety attacks, but through careful observation and daily maintenance, might be able to get to the root of the condition. There are coaches and mentors online that specialize in the prevention of anxiety and help you get rid of anxiety forever.
