Why the eyes of animals like lion, cheetah or gazelle shine at night?

In nature documentary I've always noticed that the eyes of lions, cheetahs, leopards, gazelles, and so the light always shine when the camera is on them ….. does not occur when the same light as is reflected in a person … Why??? thanx? for your help:)

The tapetum lucidum is a layer of tissue in the eye of many vertebrate animals, which is immediately behind or sometimes within the retina. Visible light reflected back through the retina, increasing the light available to the photoreceptors. This improves vision in low light, but can make the image blurry perceived interference of the reflected light. The tapetum lucidum contributes to the superior night vision of some animals. Many of these animals are nocturnal, especially carnivores who hunt for their prey at night, while others are deep sea animals. Although primates strepsirhine have a tapetum lucidum, humans and primates Haplorhine others.
