I need a good camera that can start quickly. I am looking for a camera that I need not have all the time to catch a funny thing. Some things that I can beat out quickly. And it should be good for the movement. It will probably be the video footage as well as take pictures with it, so I need something balanced

Check out Nikon Coolpix lineup. All of them up very quickly and have an annoying splash screen / Swoosh to turn them on.
