How to NOT underexposed photo when taking pictures indoors using SLR camera loaded with ISO 100 film?

I'm new using film SLR cameras, the Nikon N90s Speedlight SB 26. However, the flash is too large and heavy, so if I do not really need it, be separated camera. Currently the camera is loaded with 100 ISO film. SE 100 film is usually for good lighting. But I am taking the picture inside too, but underexposed .. is it possible? How?

There are some things you can not change, like you need a lot of exposure light 100 ISO film proper. You can time your indoor picture taking to maximize the sun – when it is shining through the window and get the most from light. You can also look at the increase of light reflecting the light with something like a white card. One of those things that put cardboard in the windshield of a car – which has a surface shiney – also works. As mentioned, a tripod helps a lot. also can hold the camera on a pillow and use a timer. If you want to have to hand and has a slow shutter speed, lean against a wall, take a deep breath, slow and press the shutter. And a fast lens does not hurt. Good luck!
