What is the best box waterproof camera for Canon SD970IS?

I need the waterproof casing for my Canon. Only I'm used to skiing, but only if it falls into the water like a case for it. I'm kind of afraid to buy one, as I have heard of some of these leaks! Anybody know of a case of good quality for under $ 40, if any? Thank you.
