How do I change my cell phone back to digital mode?

I have a Audiovox CDM-8910 cell phone I bought only 3 weeks. It keeps switching between digital and analog mode. A few hours ago is changed to analog mode, and I can not figure out how to switch back to digital mode, and the instruction manual says nothing about how to do? Can anyone tell me what I do to change my cell phone digital mode?

Usually, cell is changed to analog mode when digital signal is not strong enough to use the phone. Perhaps the closest tower is digital offline for maintenance. You just have to wait to change again when the signal is strong enough.
