What is a hard box and how do I use one?
A hard case (sometimes also known as a hard drive or Hard Disk Case Caddy) is simply an external event that "holds" a hard drive and converts it to an external device can be connected to your PC via USB, FireWire or eSATA.

Your choice connection is often dependent on the computer / devices to use your hard drive with it and if you're not sure you can buy cases with multiple options interface, but keep in mind these will cost more to say, an enclosure that connects via USB only.
- Number of Bays: Bay of single and double boxes are available. A dual-bay enclosure can take two hard drives and some RAID support for both hard drives can be configured to appear as a single unit or support "virtual back-up options through both drives.
