EOS 5000 body: Nowt. was the first step in the model release, people are upset with the recent sale better specified models for modest amounts, even today. The lens may be worth something, or may even be compatible with existing Canon digital SLR (Canon brand if you will, if they are third parties that might be worth checking that in a digital SLR camera body), but with any other information that is impossible to say. In the 5000 was the entry-level model I suspect that lenses are perhaps lower end models, as such a gift; expect much, you should read the information that is written around the lens and Barrell quote exactly to say. Again, if you can tell us the make and model of the remote control and tripod and we may give a better idea. A good general suggestion is to do an advanced search on ebay for completed items, this will show the number of items have been sold, and as such they give the best idea of what people will pay.
