When I send a movie back to a professional, it's cheap or expensive?

Lomo Congratulations to the election! It's much more fun than digital. Wal-Mart can do a process of "just" roll of 35 mm at the site for $ 1.75. You can send a "process only" 120 roll for $ 2.25. I take my negatives or slides and then scanning in an Epson V500. Today you can find for less than $ 125 at many retailers.
