Does anyone know the problems that can prevent a Mamiya RB67 liquidation after a shot?

Its quite a camera recnt, have shot only 5 or more movies, but this time after loading normally, and pressing the shutter to click and has not left entirely through the screen a bit blurry, and the trigger on the top of the film again seems to be stuck, as if theres a safety latch or something. The Darkslide is out, I do not understand what happened! Help! Thanks a lot hope to hear someone for me to take picures again! Xxxxxxx

Any chance has loaded the film wrong? 220 films in a 120 back? Are the batteries again? Could you have accidentally locked the push mirror mirror lock? Might be best to take a real camera store that deals with medium format.
