What color blue eyes Russia should take 4 1 / 2 months old?

My 4 1 / 2 months old Russian blue kitten has blue eyes still, with only a sliver of green around the pupils. I got it from a registered breeder, who told me that the longer your eyes are blue, the liveliest green, when they do change color. However, I have seen on some websites (Re: Cat breed standards) and according to them most Russians should have the green eyes on now. So what is correct???

my first impulse would be to listen to the breeder, she knows her lines better than anyone accepts however, the longer they stay brighter blue is green, and my experience is 4 months late to return them all, relax
