Are there any film work package with a Polaroid impulse?

I bought this impulse polaroid a thrift shop. I also do not know how to put batteries in it. I heard that the film acts as a battery pack, but do not know what kind of movie that is needed, or if still cared.

The impulse Polaroid Polaroid 600 instant film packs and if the battery is in the film package. The bad news is that this film is about to be suspended, but the good news is that there are still stocks available if you shop around online.
