Pentax Spotmatic

I began to photograph children at an early age. When I was little I had two brothers and two younger sisters, and one of the first things I bought with my babysitting money was a camera.
StarMite was a Kodak and I really loved that camera. My brothers became my favorite subjects, and was soon taking pictures of them as often as I could. Living in a dairy farm are also presented opportunities for great photographs, and when I could afford it breaking away.
In those days everything was in the movie, and it was expensive to develop the film, especially for a girl. While I did the best I could, I would like the photographs could have been many more such days.
But today we have no excuse. Digital SLR Cameras today with the memory cards that can have hundreds, even thousands of photographs. But there are plenty of options in the chambers, and when I go to a store and the type of review all of the options that the sales person always talks about how many pixels of the images produced by the camera will have.
Well, more pixels does not necessarily mean a better camera, unless you are taking photographs to be enlarged and posted on a billboard! You see, there is a limit to the number of pixels that can be used to produce a photograph of a certain size.
So while I'm taking photographs of children, parents will always I asked what type of camera to get. As a professional I have used most all brands of camera there, and my favorite is still my Pentax Spotmatic Camera SLR.
It is not digital, requires no battery, and I have great pictures with her. For digital cameras I love the line of Canon digital cameras SLR best.
The reason is that I think the cameras to be intuitive. In other words, the various controls of the camera is where I would expect were, and do what I expect it will.
One of the most important things about digital SLR cameras is the battery life. Some cameras literally eat batteries. It is very frustrating to be taking pictures when the light is right, the subject is cooperating very well and the camera is dying! Ugh …
This is especially some of the child's photograph. The kids are moving all the time, have a short attention span, and you can see Miss that very special the twinkling of an eye.
So the best advice I can give is do not spend much money on pixels, instead make sure the camera "feels" However, the battery lasts a reasonable amount of time (buy an extra battery too), and it is easy to operate.
Make sure to take time to look through the manual that came with the camera to see if it makes sense, easy to read and understand. So many times I came home with a new camera and have difficulty understanding the instructions in the operator's manual.
Once you have purchased a good digital SLR camera to make sure the most important thing – Have a lot of pictures of their children. Grow faster than you think, time passes quickly when you increase your children and will go before you know.
Do not miss the opportunities that exist now – not last long! Trust me, you'll be glad you did!
