Picture frame?

I have a wooden frame and is only the frame. No glass or board. Is there an easy way to do this in a picture frame? It This is an unusual size (20 "x 12") regularly making kits will not work.

You'll have to cut a "stope" in the back of it to accept the panel glass and sand. If you do not have a router, this would be difficult. I'm sure someone in the area has a router and a little chin. Make sure you cut deep enough to accept glass and a mate and a base plate whether to put all these things in the frame. (If you near me, I can do for you in about 10 minutes)
