price list?

I started working for the apt. I live to do drywall repair, Punch Out and ect. What we need now is a price list. If anyone knows where I can find one or has one that can be sent via email that would be great. apt complex not go by an hourly rate.

Well, you'll have to create your own price list because it is unlikely that anyone has a list price that is specific to what you're doing and the prices in your area. Recommend Excel. Flat rate out to them. Add up all the material costs per job and then add on your multiplier. Then add to your charge per hour for a certain amount of hours each job will take you.
