Is there a business that will develop a full-size disposable camera digital shooting and jumping impressions?

I keep my digital photos. No I want impressions. All brick and mortor stores are set up only for people who want to print. All online stores are established for people who want low-resolution digital shooting and could order prints. I just want digital, full res files without having to pay for prints. Also, not need photos to a CD, I'm happy to download them. I'm just looking for a company that handles this market.

Ritz Cameras and many others develop their film and scan the negatives. They only have the ability to burn to a CD, but no prints can be ordered without any problems. I worked almost 5 Ritz years, and I will not be prints when I developed film.
