How do I delete photos from my Sony DSC H7 camera when connected to my laptop?

Basically, some adjustment was changed in the camera by accident the other night. I have a Sony DSC H7. When the camera is connected to my laptop through the USB connection and the program us box appears asking me how to download the photos and when I download the photos …. The option to check the box that says "delete photos from my device after copy "no longer allows me to mark … which means to keep downloading the same pictures over and over again (unless I go into my camera and erase from there). Is there a place I need to search my computer or configuration i need to find my camera or what? ugh. thanks.

may depend on the program is used to copy the photos to your PC. First, go to that program and check out the / setings to see if they can resolve through your computer. I just purchased the H7 and I still have not come through the camera settings that allow you to delete the photos after uploading them to a memory source, such as your hardrive. That not mean that the camera can not set that way, but have yet to see that option. I would say however, that can never use my PC to delete photos my camera. I did in my previous Sony camera (P200) and made a few pictures on the camera memory, does not allow me to delete them all .. always making occurs when uploading photos to my PC.
