Olympus Stylus camera waterproof hard should I get?

So I'm looking for a new camera and I know you want one of the raincoats hard pencil / shockproof / freezing chambers. I'm not a great photographer who just want it every day for pictures and stuff I do not want photos to be blurry. I want a good quality camera, but no more than $ 300. Definitely the 1050, 6000 or 8000 because those are the ones that have image stabilization you will definitely want especially if you plan to use underwater. Swimming and diving and still image is very difficult due to light fall into the water and their own movements. Using the IS is really useful.
