What is Obama's stance on countries that have already tested nuclear weapons work?

Obama's website does not seem to give a definitive answer its policy towards countries that already have nuclear weapons work. Can anyone point me in a direction where you can find more information about Obama's views on nuclear weapons than your website? I should add that I am doing this research as an extra … I realize that this is not exactly a question now, but hypothetically, what would Obama's position if a country like Iran a nuclear test weapon capable of hitting Israel or Western Europe.
