Does anyone know anything about a A-120 Vintage Kodak camera?

I was at a thrift store today and saw it and bought it cheap. I have a obsession with vintage things and cameras so this was an awesome buy. Unfortunately, when I try to find something around it, all you get is auctions. I wonder how many years might be, how much they usually sell for now, what year they came out, and any other information. Thank you.

It used to be a British company called Old Timer based cameras, have specialized in getting Manuel etc for older cameras, you could try to find them.
